Camp Quest camps provide financial aid (“camperships”) to offset the camp registration fees for families with financial need. The money to provide this service comes from the Helen Kagin Memorial Campership Fund but also relies heavily on donations to Camp Quest Smoky Mountains from the public as well as our Board of Directors. If you are sending multiple children to camp, you only need to fill this form out once.
If you would like to apply for financial aid, please complete the optional form on your Active account. Please note that your camper must be registered in order to access this form. We award aid on a case-by-case basis and will send out notification before the registration balance is due, July 1.
You must respond to CQSM within 2 weeks of receiving an offer. If CQSM does not receive a reply in that time, the offer will be rescinded and the monies allocated elsewhere. If CQSM is unable to satisfactorily meet a request and the above condition is met, CQSM will cancel your registration and refund your $100 deposit.
