I'm thrilled to announce that we're opening registration for our 2021 session! First-time campers will be able to register starting March 21st. Camp is July 18th-24th this year.
After reviewing the results of our parent survey and the current Covid-19 situation, the Board has decided to move forward with a 2021 session. The caveat-- as we expect lower participation this year, we need to be sure we have enough campers to put on camp. We must reach AT LEAST 23 registrations by April 15th, or we will be forced to cancel.
We're releasing our Covid Action Plan for your review, and we're scheduling two upcoming parent/guardian info sessions for you. We want to make sure you have an opportunity to learn more, share your concerns, and ask us questions before making a decision. These sessions are scheduled for Thursday, March 18th at 7:30pm (click the Google Meet link at the time of the meeting) and Sunday, March 28th at 7:00pm (link to come).
If you decide camp is right for your family this year, you can sign your camper up on Configio, our registration platform.
A few things to note:
Registration fees this year will be a flat $755. Unfortunately, a number of factors have forced us to raise fees this year, including to cover Covid safety supplies.
Registration is capped at 30 campers due to safety protocols at our facility. We will open a waitlist if our spots fill.
Our dorms will be gender integrated this year, as was the plan for 2020. You can learn more about our gender integration plan here.
Because we're expecting to use a cohort model, campers may indicate in their registration if they want to be paired with a specific camper for their cabin/activity group. Both campers must list each other. Please ask your camper about this prior to registration.
